**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Chief of Staff (Junior)** to support our CEO and internal teams. This role is a mix of project management, executive support, and operational oversight, ensuring that key initiatives move forward efficiently. If you have a strong ability to manage multiple projects, hold teams accountable, and assist in executive operations, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities***:
**Project & Operations Management**:

- Act as the **Project Manager** for internal initiatives (e.g., app directory, course development, YouTube video oversight).
- Oversee and push teams to complete assigned tasks, ensuring accountability and progress.
- Manage internal operations and keep multiple projects and team members organized.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and move forward without delays.

**Executive Support**:

- Remind and update the CEO on priorities, deadlines, and tasks to keep things moving.

**Sales & Business Development Support**:

- Assist with **Salesforce-related tasks**, such as data entry and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Support the CEO in writing and submitting proposals for clients.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and team members efficiently.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience in project management, executive support, or operations.
- Background in marketing or web development is a plus (not required).
- Comfortable working remotely with availability for a few hours in **EST time zone** to align with team needs.
