We are looking for a reliable Maintenance manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. This opportunity will be ideal for a retired gentleman looking to subsidise income.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Take ownership of tasks and take full responsibility until closure of all tasks
- General understanding / experience with electrical, plumbing and general maintenance
- Coordinate new facilities / moving
- Manage cleaning staff
- Oversee general building issues
- Purchase of office furniture and consumables
- Take ownership of minor fixtures in the buildings
- Develop and maintain facilities-related disaster recovery and continuity plans
- Oversee Fire & alarm systems and fire suppression systems

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Physically fit
- Driver’s license would be advantageous due to travel between the buildings
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
