**Job Summary**:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Coordinator to join our team.

- The Business Coordinator will also support in driving business growth and efficiency by leveraging data insights and optimizing task execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns to ensure project alignment and success.

**Team Support**:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, acting as a champion for team spirit and engagement.
- Mentor and support team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Facilitate team-building activities and training sessions to enhance team cohesion and professional development.
- Provide conflict resolution support and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Recognize and reward team achievements to boost morale and motivation.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation for all projects and business activities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing to support efficient office operations.
- Implement administrative systems and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Track and report on the Teams Key targets and deliverables

**Business Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance our way of work.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular business performance reviews and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Support business development initiatives by coordinating efforts across departments and teams.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Team.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 year Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business coordination or project management role, preferably within a large corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, SharePoint and Power BI.
- Experience in a Telecommunications Environment is an advantage.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
