We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead to take the lead in ensuring the highest level of technical fluency, ability, quality and delivery across BlueSky's technical landscape.

You will be the technical go-to-person, someone who can jump from the boardroom into code and back, someone who can utilize their broad and deep technical expertise to paint the big picture for clients and who can help a junior developer reach intermediate level.

This role has potential to grow into a C-suite role within BlueSky and will be highly impactful in the achievement of our strategic goals as a business.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead to join our dynamic cloud-tech consulting business. This role is pivotal in driving our technical vision and strategy, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions to our large enterprise clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership and Technical Excellence**: Serve as the most capable technical expert within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to cross-functional technical teams.
- **Solution Architecture**: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging Salesforce, AWS, web development, and software engineering best practices.
- **Team Building**: Recruit, build, and lead high-performing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Pre-Sales and Enterprise Architecture**: Operate as a pre-sales architect, enterprise architect, technical architect, and fractional CTO, engaging with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- **Hands-On Technical Work**: Stay hands-on with the technology, ensuring deep technical involvement in projects and maintaining technical excellence.
- **C-Suite Engagement**: Effectively communicate and influence at the C-suite level within large enterprise corporate clients, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- **Innovation and Strategy**: Drive the technical strategy and innovation roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a cloud-tech consulting business.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proven expertise in Salesforce, AWS, web development, and software engineering.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in building and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- **Architectural Skills**: Strong background in pre-sales architecture, enterprise architecture, technical architecture, and acting as a fractional CTO.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
