**Requirements**:

- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software configuration and implementation, particularly in the context of hardware integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Min 2 years experience in product/project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving technology trends

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support, develop, and implement Connected Technologies solutions
- Lead the deployment and implementation of handheld and online vibration monitoring solutions at partner and end-user sites.
- Test and validate new concepts, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and dashboards.
- Provide technical support to partners and end-users, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and customize implementations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Connected Technologies, particularly in spectrum analysis.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to contribute insights and feedback for the continuous improvement of products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
