Retention Advisor- Accounting

At Sage, our Retention Advisors are responsible for managing all contract renewals within our existing customer base. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organisation’s bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and achieving or exceeding renewal and migration revenue targets for annual customers. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration both across internal business units and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.
**Key Responsibilities**

- On a daily basis, contact customers telephonically, to champion migration from our desktop to cloud products by providing value selling and achieving respective revenue and unit targets.
- Drive sales appropriate campaigns into customer base to effectively increase retention.
- Maintain productivity targets including outbound and inbound calls respectively.

- Continuously participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of Salesforce, NetAdmin and Accpac functionalities.
- Initially, you will work onsite every day. However, based on the targets you achieve, you may transition to working onsite 3 days a week, with Monday to Wednesdays being the mandatory days.

- You will join a team of 5 Retention Advisors, and will work closely with other Retentions Teams and colleagues across the business in supporting our overall efforts to retain our customer base.
- You will report to a Sales Retentions Manager who has a successful track record of growth within our business.

- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
