By providing asset, property, administration, facilities, cleaning, security and various other services, they are able to ensure that buildings and precincts are kept safe, functional, free-flowing and compliant with all municipal by-laws. They are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee their Pest Control and Hygiene division for Gauteng. Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will be responsible for implementing an effective operations model within the Hygiene, Landscaping and Pest Control divisions.
The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring Operational excellence in service delivery.
- Improving the Integrated operational systems, process and policies.
- Ensuring Client retention.
- Driving cost saving initiatives.
- Interacting with the K.A.M.’s on all reconciliation and items impacted by Operations.
- Providing a central escalation point for operations service issues in the Region.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures, policy terms and conditions and current relevant legislation and regulations in accordance with Landscaping, Pest Control and Hygiene Industry.
- Overseeing debtors management.
- Overseeing Fleet management.

The successful incumbent will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in Operations Management within the Pest Control and Hygiene space as well as skills managing a team from a Senior Management position. Furthermore, to be considered for this role, you will require solid risk assessment and site surveying experience, knowledge of health and safety and a relevant tertiary qualification.
