**About Delta-v**

Our mission is to accelerate the growth of international B2B SaaS and FinTech startups. We build and manage Go-to-Market teams that embed into our clients’ sales organisations. **About the role**

We need a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Go-to-Market (GtM) Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with Delta-v’s CEO and leadership team and become an integral part of acquiring new customers for Delta-v. You will gain insights and experience in the growth of SaaS & FinTech startups. We provide an intense training program that will equip you for success in our business. Over time, you will take on more responsibilities, mentor junior members, and ultimately move into a management role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with the leadership team of growing startups to execute their GtM strategy.
- Be part of refining and improving Delta-v’s GtM strategy
- Create a sales pipeline that’s essential for driving revenue growth for Delta-v.

**Requirements**:

- University Bachelor degree
- 1+ years client facing experience (ideally doing B2B sales)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Desire to be in sales as a career
- Curiosity about tech and the startup space
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Experience with Salesloft or other CRM software is a plus
- Based in Cape Town
- South African citizen or permanent resident
