**About the role**

This role is an opportunity to transition into a Software Sales Consultant role, where you can leverage your sales and recruitment experience to become a Go-to-Market expert and learn how to generate a high-quality sales pipeline and contribute to new logo acquisition. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and aspiring individual to join a team on one of our tech software clients. When you join you'll go through our Go-to-Market Academy training program, which is an elite entry-level business program to kick-start your sales career. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing the outbound strategy of a successful tech start-up, where you'll be focused on reaching out to and engaging C-level executives at some of the world's largest enterprise companies. Moreover, we offer a clear progression path, with the potential to move into a leadership role within just two years.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
- Prospecting potential customers that match our customers ICP
- Research to identify and understand the right people to reach out to
- Joining meetings and demos with prospects
- Contributing to the tactics and being involved in creating the strategy of the Go-to-Market campaigns you're involved in

**Requirements**:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

- University degree
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studies
- 1+ years in work experience in sales and tech recruitment
- Strong demonstrable interest in sales, Saas & FinTech, and Startups
- High levels of energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage with C-Level executives
- Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
- South African Citizen
