WE ARE SEEKING ONE TEAM LEADER TO Run a capital legacy Team or 2IC

We are seeking a driven individual, the team will make appointments and a small sales team that can sell directly to customer

Key Responsibilities
- **Goal Setting & Planning**: Establish clear goals for the team and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.
- **Task Delegation**: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and strengths.
- **Performance Monitoring & Feedback**: Track team progress and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- **Coaching & Development**: Identify training needs, coach team members to develop their skills, and nurture their strengths.
- **Motivation & Environment**: Create a positive, collaborative work environment, motivate team members, and recognize accomplishments.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication within the team and serve as a point of contact for higher management.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve issues and conflicts that arise within the team.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources to ensure the team has what it needs to complete tasks.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)
