This role capitalises on your concepts and design knowledge of maintenance and will provide exposure to production processes, project management principals and techniques. You will engage with both operations and maintenance teams within a stimulating working environment. Creating relationships and engage with suppliers is key within this role. If you want to get involve in continuous improvement initiatives and lead a dynamic and diverse technical team, then the Maintenance Supervisor is the role for you at Pragma.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant Trade Certificate combined with equivalent related experience (5-8 years) will be considered
- Millwright certification will be advantages
- 3-5 years of industry related maintenance experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of maintenance, repair and operating activities (MRO)
- Computer skills - efficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Crisis and conflict management

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assume overall responsibility for plant maintenance, efficiency and reliability. Daily
- Conducting day to day employee relations within the policies and ethical standards
- Maintain compliance and adherence to OHS in line with statutory and company regulations
- Review and monitor maintenance KPI’s and ensure analysis is conducted as needed for plant/production activities daily
- Utilising your Engineering background with experience to support and empower maintenance teams. Daily
- Conduct over-inspections and manage all follow-up work. Daily
- Provide input into Capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets for maintenance purposes
- Participate in daily and weekly work management meetings
