Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Report any communication problems to the responsible person
- Maintain and update the internal telephone directory
- Monitor and control the receiving and satisfaction of visitors and the reception area
- Receive, consult and direct visitors in the reception area
- Maintain the reception area
- Receive, distribute and dispatch mail in the office environment
- Arrange courier service as requested
- Monitor and control office supplies (stationary)
- Monitor and control the maintenance of office equipment

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric / Grade 12.
- 2- 3 year’s experience
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
