Responsible for manning reception desk and administration.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and transferring calls accordingly.
- Receive visitors, greet them with a positive attitude and inform relevant employee of visitor’s arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing meetings and meeting rooms.
- Receiving deliveries and assist with deliveries.
- Interact with Clients and provide information or escalate their calls to address their queries.
- Help maintain workplace security by maintaining visitors’ logs.
- Assist with copying, taking notes and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders.
- Tracking Client queries or complaints; and measuring closure efficiency.
- Carry out product samples - Make stickers, package and arrange courier to collect. As well as follow up if customer received samples and any feedback revert back to sales

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 40 days

Pay: R30,00 - R45,00 per hour

Work Location: In person
