The role may include but is not limited to
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality products in the Production Plants, adhering to agreed Product Specifications.
- Coordinate, report, and follow up on actions related to Raw Material, Product & Packaging Trials, ISIR's, DRM's.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety Policies, Systems, and Processes documented in our QMS and FSMS.
- Lead and develop the Quality Team.
- Build strong relationships with Customers, promptly addressing Quality Complaints and Returns, collaborating with Raw Materials, Sales, and Production for permanent issue resolution.
- Manage the SHE team and portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislations/OSHACT.
- Oversee compliance and reporting related to medicals, IOD's, PPE, uniforms, legislative requirements, training, licensing, and environmental initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree is essential (HSE-only qualifications are not sufficient).
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience in Quality & HSE Management within a Manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience managing a team of QC Supervisors, Managers, and Inspectors.
- Proven experience in implementing FSSC, ISO18000, and ISO 9001.
- Minimum of 3 years of Quality Management experience across multiple Factories/Business Units.
- Hands-on Production Quality and SHE Management experience.

**Salary**: Up to R30,000.00 per month
