**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric & relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
- Finance and costing experience for the running of the branch
- Strong personnel skills, must be able to manage and grow staff effectively
- Financial and Business Management competencies
- Ability to network, build and sustain client relationships
- Ability to think and act strategically and systemically, whilst managing operationally
- Ability to think and inspire creativity, innovation and solution thinking
- Operational management skills applied systematically, methodically and consistently
- Verbal & written communication in English and Afrikaans

**DUTIES**:

- Manage the current compliment of four staff members overseeing sales, administration and the financial running of the branch
- Manage stock and logistics
- Growing the sales team in Gauteng
- Ensuring delivery of Group strategies, tactical objectives and ongoing operational goals, targets and budgets
- Ensure all employees are aligned to the value of the business, manager their work profiles so they are working effectively and successfully
- Develop and implement plans to improve the current branch profitability
- Ensure that financial and administrative processes and controls are consistently, effectively and efficiently applied and adhered to
- Grow the customer base is through the development and acquisition of new custom
- Assist the sales representative to increase the onboarding of new clients and growing the sales for the branch
- Ability to travel to the Head Office in Cape Town when required
