Branch Manager and Sales Team Assistant

Provide administrative support and general assistance to Branch Manager and Sales staff

Taking general sales phone enquiries in a professional manner

Preparing Quotations and processing of all Sales Contract forms

Completing documents in Word and Excel

Working on the Syspro software as required

Data entry and upkeep of the organizations databases

Maintain a high level of accuracy at all times

Prepare and send mail and packages when necessary

Follow up of existing orders and quotations

Handling of cash sales, petty cash and non-stock purchasing.

Responsible for the receiving and dispatching of stock which may include the offloading and loading of trucks

Ensuring stock is packed and stored properly and that the warehouse is kept neat

Assisting clients when they are collecting goods and verifying that correct orders are loaded

Assist if required to do deliveries from time to time

**A**pplicants should meet the following Requirements**:
Matric

Experience assisting sales staff

Computer literacy

Bubbly and confident telephone manner

Ability to communicate and deal with customers at a senior level

Previous technical experience advantageous
