**Description of Essential Roles, Responsibilities and Activities**

**Location**: Craighall Park, Randburg

We are looking for a strong customer support individual with great time management & people skills, excellent telephone manner & attention to detail.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience within a call center/receptionist role.
- Extremely strong administrative skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Above average computer literacy.
- Must be confident when interacting with people.
- Team Player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information as and when required.
- Trustworthy & reliable.

**Description of Essential Role & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer experience on every phone call and customer interactions.
- Calling and booking of allocated leads. This is the primary job function.
- Retrieving and capturing correct lead information onto the CRM.
- Maintaining CRM database consistently.
- Report duplicate client records to management.
- Ensuring incoming complaints/queries and are sent to relevant person.
- Following company policy and procedures.
- Appointment confirmations. (Call/SMS/WhatsApp.)
- Schedule and send confirmation SMS’s for appointments.
- Send WhatsApp appointment confirmations.
- Contact all reschedules/ cancellations/ No Shows and reschedule appointments.
- Achieve booking and attendance targets.
- Report daily on quantity of bookings, branch attendance and sales conversions for each branch.
- Assist with switchboard when necessary.
- Assist with laser clients when necessary.
- Assist operations manager with administrative tasks as and when required.

**Work hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 08:30 to 17:30
- And either Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 or Sunday 9:00 to 15:00 depending on the weekend roster.
- This is a 6 Days per week position.

**Salary**: R10 000k per month
