Tradeway Promotions, is looking for a hardworking, dynamic, experienced (minimum three years) talent manager and trainer to join our team and get involved in the recruitment and training of our brand ambassadors.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent**:
On going advertising and in field recruitment to attract new BA talent to the agency
Assess, vet and disqualify current BA talent should standards not be met
Specialist recruitment for high profile brands e.g. models
Quality control of talent
Operate Independently from operations team
Maintaining standards
Able to meet with external stakeholders e.g. clients/universities - represent the talent and training department
Building profiles for casting

**raining**:
Create content if needed
Delivery of training content (train) to the standard required
In order to unlock the capabilities of the BA teams to the standards
Testing/assessing through role play and on line mechanisms

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Proven work experience as a training manager in the FMCG industry would be advantageous
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, role-play etc)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the business
Computer literate
Degree or diploma is advantageous
