**About the Role**:
The B2B Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating all marketing and digital advertising activities for the Apple Reseller Program
- a B-2-B focused platform that is aimed at enabling SME’s in the ICT space that sell hardware to have access to authorised Apple products and in so doing, build their Apple business.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the support in ideation, participation in concept development, and, under the direction on the marketing manager, execution of marketing strategies, for specifically the online and through the line activities of the Apple Reseller Program.
Responsibilities include writing of creative briefs, interaction with traffic manager in driving deliverables from the creative studio, participation with/ managing of external media agency briefings, assistance in budget management, and proactive planning to drive marketing initiatives aimed at growing this already successful entity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan media strategies aligned with the marketing plan, strategy, and business objectives, focusing on Google, social media ads, YouTube, Premium Placements, ATL, BTL, TTL, in-store marketing, and other relevant channels.
- ** Coordination with traffic and business**: Coordinate internal briefs and work required, with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure we grow the platform.
- ** Project Planning**: Assist in the development of marketing project plans with budgets that outline target markets, objectives, and timelines.
- ** Brand Custodian**: Ensure that all marketing communication mediums for the Apple Reseller Program, adhere to the brand's guidelines and principles.
- ** Collateral Management**: Proactively plan and realign digital marketing collateral as required to meet evolving business needs.
- ** Relationship Management**: Manage relationships with key external partners and agencies involved in Media, ATL, BTL, TTL, and Digital Marketing.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Foster relationships with internal stakeholders as required to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- ** Advertising Campaigns**: Co-Create, manage, set up, and monitor all advertising campaigns.
- ** Newsletter Coordination**: Coordinate the sending of weekly customer digital newsletters for digital communications, including deal and pricing management for sales teams.
**Reporting**:
- Assist in producing monthly reports on advertising effectiveness.
- Generate post-campaign feedback and analysis reports.
- Monitor CRM journey and maintain a Proof of Action document.
**Administration**:
- Prepare and deliver monthly budget reports.
- Generate purchase orders on Syspro for engaged suppliers or as requested by the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure invoices from suppliers match purchase orders within the stipulated time frame for payment, including invoice sign-off.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Matriculation certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing Coordination or Agency Account Management, managing a multitude of brands. Having worked on B-2-B brands or global brands in business would be to your advantage.
