**Position Overview**:
An exceptional **financial services **concern requires the services of a** Senior Team Lead - Messaging and Collaboration.**

The main purpose of this position is to **plan, direct and manage the design, implementation, installation**, and **support of collaboration systems** (**M365, AV/VC, VDI and digital signage technologies**) to **ensure the stable** **operations of the firm’s collaboration systems**.

This includes **developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing collaboration solutions.**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- _Develop, document, and manage the implementation of best practices._
- _Design, manage and implement short
- and long-term strategic plans._
- _Develop roadmaps and adoption plans and create and maintain awareness on collaboration solutions._
- _Develop and deploy methodologies for measuring the performance of collaboration systems._
- _Lead the investigation, planning, design, testing, implementation, and support of collaboration systems._
- _Research and recommend collaboration products and services._
- _Be responsible for coaching, mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of the team._
- _Manage the security on the collaboration systems._
- _Build and manage key stakeholder relationships._
- _Identify, mitigate, and manage risks related to collaboration solutions._
- _Manage the performance of third-party collaboration solutions service providers._
- _Provide input into resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control._

**To be considered for this position, one must have**:

- A completed Bachelor’s degree in **_Computer Science, Information Systems (NQF 7)_** or an equivalent qualification.
- A Certification in **_ITIL and COBIT._**:

- **A minimum of **_8 to 10 years’ experience in developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing collaboration solutions._**:

- Knowledge and skill in**:_Collaboration, Quality Assurance, IT Reporting, and Infrastructure Design and Development_**.
