**Summary**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Data entry and record keeping - helping to maintain financial records and databases.
- Support the finance team by processing invoices, verifying payment requests and monitoring accounts payable.
- Where necessary, liaise with vendors and internal departments.
- Learn about financial regulations.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing, or have completed a Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting etc.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to work independently and in a team-orientated environment.

**Process of Engagement**
- Share Updated CV, ID and copies of Matric and other qualifications with you AO Connect Contact
- Acceptance of POPI Compliance where appropriate.
- Introductory discussion with AO Connect to discuss role and expectations.
- 1st round interview with our Finance Manager
- Possibility of second and final round interview with our Managing Director.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
