Job Summary

Are you a finance professional with a passion for project management and financial analysis? Join our dynamic team as a Digital Change PMO Finance Analyst In this critical role, you will focus on the financial planning, analysis, and management of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other finance team members to ensure the financial health and success of our projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for projects, including budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with project managers to create, monitor, and update project budgets. Provide actionable insights to optimize project financial performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures across projects. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance team members, and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project financial management.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct special financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIMA, CA(SA)) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, or a related role. Experience in managing large-scale projects and working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Financial Sciences (required)
