**Programme Operations Manager**

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The programme Operations Manager is responsible for the management and co-ordination of all site functions, including:

- management of programmatic and site operational staff;
- ensuring programmes are implemented with high quality;
- ensuring operational support for programmes (vehicles, logistics, infrastructure, resources etc.)
- They are also responsible for the coordination and operational support of various senior staff in the region to ensure that our schools-based work is delivered smoothly.
- Together with senior management, building a strong culture at the site, in line with Axium’s values.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in the Education and NGO Sector will be an advantage, especially if paired with rural living and working Experience.
- Driver License is a necessity
- Isixhosa proficiency is an advantage

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- NQF Level 7 or 8 in a related field.
- Qualifications in Education, Project Management, Logistics or Engineering will be advantageous.
- 2-3 years working experience as Programme Operations Manager or similar management experience

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Salary**: R32,000.00 - R37,000.00 per month
