A Shop Assistant's duties encompass customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This includes assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- **Inventory Management**:Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, receive and process shipments, and maintain stock levels.
- **Sales Transactions**:Process payments, handle returns, and manage refunds.
- **Store Maintenance**:Keep the sales floor clean and organized, and ensure proper display and presentation of products.
- **General Support**:Answer customer inquiries, handle customer complaints, and assist with other tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Cash Handling**: Operate cash registers, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure products are properly displayed and labeled, and that the store environment is visually appealing.
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions and learn about new products and promotions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Pay: R4 000,00 - R4 500,00 per month
