Listed multi-faceted client, looking for someone to head up a COE function, from a business strategy, growth, innovations and R&D perspective. A newly (or soon to be) created centralised function.

Commercial Leader with 10 plus years exp in a strategic leadership role preferably within a large corporate, preferably from a Mining/ Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Agri or Chemicals type environment.

Exposure to building a division from scratch, being at the forefront of innovation, change management, you will be a hands on leader to a multi disciplinary team.

This is a diverse business, with a very hands-on, out the box approach to tackling new projects.

Reporting to the Group COO, as a Commercial Lead of a brand new division (Shared Services/ COE), you will be required to build teams, centralise functions, put processes and procedures into place.

Decide on relevant systems, as well as dealing across the group, nationally, across African and International cultures.

But also head up R&D, strategic growth direction, and be an strong, agile, leader who can navigate an ever changing and complex landscape.
