**Introduction**:
We are looking to recruit an OD Practitioner (Psychometrist) to work within the Group Organisational Development department of Clicks Group Services. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Organisational Development Specialist.
**Job description**:
**Main Purpose**:
- To deliver the Group’s in-house assessment service within required legislative and organisational standards, including the day-to-day running and implementation of assessments for the purposes of recruitment, talent management and development of human capital.
***:**Job Objectives**:
- To execute all assessment related activities within the Group, including administration, scoring, interpretation, reporting and feedback (within SLA).
- To act in an advisory capacity, supporting and guiding internal stakeholders in their decision-making.
- To ensure good practice in the use of psychometric assessments across the Group, including quality assurance and compliance to the assessment framework.
- To recommend best practice tools and methodologies so as to ensure continuous improvement of assessment initiatives.
- To proactively analyse and research organisational psychometric trends in order to enhance organisational fit and enable effective decision making with regard to appointments and talent development
- To initiate proactive communication with stakeholders and ensure queries are dealt with accurately and within agreed service level agreements and quality standards.
- To support the OD Specialist by executing tasks related to talent and organisational development projects and initiatives.
- To facilitate information sharing workshops and training sessions in order to streamline processes and update internal stakeholders on any assessment related developments.
- To ensure all monthly assessment related costs are effectively processed, tracked and reported on in accordance with agreed timelines in order to enable effective decision making on costs
- To review and update the assessment policy, processes and framework in accordance with legislative and business requirements.
**Minimum requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Psychology/Industrial Psychology (Essential)
- Registered with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist, Independent Practice/or newly qualified registered Industrial Psychologist (Essential)
- 5 years
- experience in a similar role (Essential)
- Accredited on the following assessment tools (SHL/CEB assessment suite, SHL On-Demand Online System, CPP) (Desirable)
