As **MRS Q Assurance Senior Supervisor EMEA** you will be responsible for the qualification process, implementation of quality requirements at the supplier site and ensuring that standards are aligned with dsm-firmenich requirements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Qualification of new suppliers in SA region
- Supporting new MRS projects
- Ensuring all quality related documents and agreements are in place.
- Managing claims and non-conformities
- Ensuring the processes and procedures in SA are in line with MRS Q guidelines
- Advising and support in terms of quality related questions

**You bring**:

- Experience in using common IT and quality tools
- Very good communication skills and assertiveness
- High organizational skills
- Strong quality awareness
- Several years of experience in quality management in a production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, science, biology, chemical engineering or equivalent education
