Krypton Mining is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Internal Sales Administrator** to join a team in the Electrical Components industry. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in helping the company’s sales team achieve their revenue goals and maintain strong customer relationships as well as perform the sales and key customer liaison role for the organisation, internal and external, processing and reconciling of customer quoting and invoicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration and management of quotations, sales orders and invoices in SAP and check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, and proper code.
- Collect and analyze information on customers and market trendsz.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field
- Sales processing & account administration
- SAP ERP (preferably SAP Business One)
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Technical and/or electrical Sales
