**Job summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Partner Support and Training Coordinator to join our team. This role involves training new and existing partners, conducting in-person visits to strengthen relationships, and providing general support to ensure smooth operations and excellent partner satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Training**:

- Organize and deliver training sessions for new and current partners, ensuring they understand company processes, tools, and expectations.
- Update and refine training materials to align with changing needs and feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
- **Partner Visits**:

- Conduct regular in-person visits to partners to foster relationships, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Gather feedback from partners and relay actionable insights to the team.
- Act as a trusted representative of the company, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
- **General Support**:

- Provide partners with timely and effective assistance for queries, challenges, or process clarifications.
- Collaborate with support and tech teams to resolve partner issues and enhance their experience.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, training sessions, and visit outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance partner satisfaction and suggest improvements to training and support processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide relevant support and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions both online and in person.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly to partner locations.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in partner support, training, or a similar role is an advantage.

- Qualifications: Degree in Business/Marketing
- Drivers license
