Prepare quotations based on rate request forms from sales.
- Draw up schedules and contracts.
- Load contracts on the system ensuring the compliance to the Four-eye principle.
- Update Dealer live list.
- Ensure that filing and general admin is done accurately.
- Set reminders for periodic contract reviews two weeks before due date.
- Communicate to involved parties timely (Customer, Sales, R&M Portfolio Controller, Finance etc.).
- Implement changes on the system.
- Ensure activation/deactivation of contracts on the system are actioned timely.
- Follow up with sales to obtain the original signed contracts.
- Ensure signed schedules are sent to the Sales Administrators.
- Ensure that the system is updated regularly with the correct customer address & contact person.
- Create & maintain an electronic archive.

Qualifications:

- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/equivalent.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
