We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator for our client based in the Automotive Industry

**Duties**:

- All debtor related job cards will be invoiced the day the job card is signed off by the Workshop Foreman.
- All cash sale job cards will be invoiced the same day the job card is signed off by the Workshop Foreman.
- It is the responsibility of the Advisor to ensure that all cash sales are recorded and that the Workshop Manager receives a report every morning of the cash sale account
- Ensure that a receipt is attached to all cash sale job cards
- Upsell the job card to the customer, creating higher profitability.
- Ensure that all labour hours are correctly captured.
- Strict control over attending to breakdowns and call-outs.
- Ensure that all the sellable items are recorded on Automate / SAP to maximise the profitability per job card.
- Ensure that all lubricants are captured on the invoice
- Manage relationships with customers, enhancing the brand.
- Continue to promote the company as a trustworthy and reliable brand.
- Pursue the philosophy of “customer is king”

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Code 8 Licence
- Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in similar role.
- Read and Write in English
- Team Player
- Excellent Human Relations
- Confident and proactive approach - anticipates issues and requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills
