Newmark Hotels and Reserves, a management company with a portfolio of luxury hotels and reserves has a vacancy for a Junior Brand Assistant. This role is to provide support to the Group Marketing Lead and the Marketing Team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your typical responsibilities as a Junior Brand Assistant include:

- Contributing ideas to marketing team
- Provide administrative and project support.
- Compiling and distributing information for month end reports
- Assisting with promotional activities
- Liaising with customers/external agencies
- Market research.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral.
- Updating tasks on project management tool and keeping your direct head informed of pending deadlines.
- Brief across daily marketing job tasks to the team & assisting social team with the scheduling of posts.
- Ensure all marketing assets are sent to the correct departments/persons for approval and distribution.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times and ensure the brand’s integrity and consistency is always maintained.
- Work as part of a team.
