Project Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Capex manager, project manager(s) and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of various projects. This role involves overseeing project timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. The Project Coordinator will handle administrative duties, track project progress, and provide support to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Support**:
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the timely execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
**2. Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and follow-up on action items.
**3. Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, spreadsheets, and project files.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
**4. Resource Management**:
- Assist in resource allocation and manage project resources efficiently.
- Monitor team workload and ensure that tasks are appropriately distributed.
**5. Risk Management**:
- Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to the project manager.
- Assist in developing solutions to overcome project challenges.
**6. Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Coordinate testing and review processes as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
