**Job Purpose**:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Responsibilities**
- All reception duties
- Office administration including boardroom schedule.
- Office Orders (stationery / grocery / water / Friday office lunch)
- Printers & Phone maintenance schedule
- Travel arrangements for directors and senior staff
- Send payments for processing.
- Store Stock issues and invoicing
- Capture all Supplier invoices for Marketing department.
- Liaise with driver for collections.
- Send stock to other regions.
- Supervise office cleaner.
- Prepare stock for store openings.
- Complete supplier Applications
- Arrange Courier Services
- Birthdays (order cake / group message / card / décor)
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Must be fully computer literate.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
