Service Delivery Specialist: Power Operations

- ** Business Administration/Management-related qualification**

**Skills/Experience required**:

- At least 5 years work experience in the telecoms industry and 10 years overall working experience, which includes Cost Accounting experience.
- ** Technical Competencies: Computer literacy, e.g., MS Office suite; Supplier Portal, Cost accounting and budgeting skills**

**Essential Duties**:
**Financial administration of the Power business**
- Implements and administrates optimal verification and approval mechanisms for vendor invoicing.
- Works closely with Finance to track departmental vendor invoicing and payments.
- Job card analytics to verify work done against data provided on the invoice. Eg Liters fueled in the generator matches the generator type against invoiced amount.
- Cost management knowledge required for invoice analysis relating to cost.
- Responsible for asset data in Siterra to track assets.
- Process Purchase requisitions for the Power department.

**Power business administration**
- Responsible for co-ordinating daily, weekly and monthly departmental vendor job cards, invoicing and payment activities and decisions.
- Responsible for administrating all job card approvals for Power Operations.
- Responsible for administrating all PR/PO requests for Power Operations.
- Responsible for administrating all Supplier Portal approvals for Power Operations.
- Responsible for maintaining Power Asset Data to protect and enhance assets
- Engages and collaborates with internal teams to provide admin support.
- Verify information from vendor against scope of project.

**Risk management**
- Responsible for identifying, assessing and controlling operational and financial risks around departmental vendor job cards, invoicing and payments.
- Verifying vendor information and does it meet our control checkpoint.
