A well established company specializing in the hygiene and sanitation industry is currently looking for a Sales Consultant that specializes in pest control and sanitation.

**Job purpose**

Implementing business development strategies that focuses on financial gain and onboarding new customers. Responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
- Filing reports on-line.
- Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
- Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
- Will be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.
- Client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.
- Preparing quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations.
- Consolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiating sales and clinching business deals.
- Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
- Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
- Follow up on new business achieved.
- Management of costs compared to budget.
- Conduct follow up calls, relationship building.
**KPI's**
- 1. Identify new markets and customer needs, to ensure value added service.
- 2. Promote the company’s Pest Control & Hygiene products and service.
- 3. Manage sales targets effectively.
- 4. Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
- 5. Ensure business development
**Remuneration**
- Basic Salary + Travel allowance
- Commission
- Petrol Card
- Company Cellphone
- Provident fund 6% Company Contribution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
