We are looking for a creative, strategic, and versatile digital content creator to join our team and drive our brands' online presence.

**Key responsibilities**:Content creation**:
Create rich media content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media, tailored to each brand's identity.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, aesthetic, and overall marketing strategy.

**Social media management**:
Manage and grow social media accounts for all brands within the portfolio.
Plan and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

**Community management**:
Foster and engage with online communities, building strong relationships with followers and brand advocates.
Organise and participate in online events, contests, and campaigns to boost community interaction.

**Content calendar management**:
Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align content schedules with marketing campaigns and product launches.

**Collaboration with sales team**:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support direct sales objectives.
Align content and campaigns with sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive revenue.
Gather feedback from the sales team to continually refine content strategies and improve brand positioning.

**Brand strategy execution**:
Implement and maintain the macro brand strategy for each individual brand within the portfolio.
Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and enhance brand perception within target markets.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree / diploma in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management, preferably within the alcohol or lifestyle industry.
Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools, and social media management platforms.
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
Familiarity with the sales process and experience working with sales teams is a plus.
