Established distributor based in Somerset West has a vacancy for a dynamic logistics and operations administrator to join their vibrant team

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling deliveries
- Capturing invoices
- Ordering of PPE's
- Petty Cash
- Ordering of office supplies
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Managing the stock in the construction yard

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans
- Previous stock control and basic accounts experience will be beneficial
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Must reside within the Helderberg area

Please note that working hours is Monday to Friday - 7:15am till 5pm
