**About the Role**
H2O BWT Somerset West is looking for a **proactive and organized Operations Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating technicians’ schedules, managing customer requests, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. Your work will be key to keeping our operations running seamlessly and ensuring our customers are satisfied.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage technicians’ daily work schedules and assign tasks for booked jobs.
- Coordinate customer call-outs and ensure timely technician response.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure all repairs and services are completed promptly.
- Add new customers and keep all customer information up to date in the system.
- Maintain accurate records on databases (including IQ Retail) for services, jobs, and filter changes.
- Capture completed job details accurately in the system.
- Assist management with stock control and receiving goods.
- Provide operational support across departments as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations coordination or related administrative roles.
- Strong background in customer service and sales.
- Experience maintaining records on databases (IQ Retail experience is a plus).
- **Valid driver’s license required.**
