Role Purpose:
Guided by the FRG Promises, is responsible for maintaining a high standard of client service in Foreign Exchange Product House.
Are you someone who can:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking help with capturing and/or releasing Forex payments- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the clients’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and professional interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Take the extra mile to engage clients- Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification- Have 2 years’ experience in dealing with high level client queries in a Client Care/ Call Centre environment- Have Financial Services/Banking industry experience (preferred)
