**VACANCY**: Human Resources Coordinator
**Location**: Sandton, Johannesburg
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Human Resources Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR processes. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the hotel team.

**Employee Relations**:

- Support the HR team in handling employee queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in disciplinary proceedings/enquiries
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and leave management.
- Ensure HR Filing is up to date.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and notices.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring time and attendance data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintaining, checking employee attendance registers

**Training & Development**:

- Assist in the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate and Facilitate induction programs for all new starters
- Track training attendance and gather feedback for future improvements.

**Compliance & Policies**:

- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to in line with labour law, BCEA and company standards.
- Support the preparation of reports related to employee performance, turnover, and other HR metrics.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.

Pay: R24 000,00 - R26 000,00 per month
