Analysing of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Preparing and standardization of reagents.
- Ensure that all non-routine samples are tested on time for deliveries to customer.
- Record results on the computer and designated files.
- Preparation of COA’s.
- Ensure proper disposal of lab waste.
- Work in accordance with HSE policies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as delegated by the lab manager.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or related qualification.
- Must have at least a minimum of 1 year experience in the laboratory environment.
- Have working experience with Can coating, Oleochemical and Mineral oil products (advantageous).
- Must be willing to work shifts and overtime, when required.
- Must be able to work with GC, KF, Enamel Rater, Viscometer, Ring & Ball Softening Point and FTIR.
- Strong sense of discipline and urgency.
- Team Player.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R9,500.00 - R13,000.00 per month
