**Job description**:
The Data Capturer / Administrator will be responsible to provide assistance to the Advisers and Admin Staff in Personal and Commercial Lines. The position will focus mostly on capturing information on the MyPractice system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling of the full MyPractice process
- Follow-up on correspondence to clients
- Support and administration
- Provide feedback to the relevant parties
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Recording details and information on the relevant systems

**Skill sets required**:

- Grade 12
- Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- A minimum of 2 years´ relevant working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Good administration, organisation, and planning skills
- Good multi-tasking and time management skills
- Highly reliable, adaptable, and resilient
- Team player
- Highly client-focused with good interpersonal skills
