**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
**How You Will Make an Impact**: The Regional Shop Assistant will provide support to various branches within the region in the areas of in-store paint mixing and color matching, conversion installations and operational assistance. The focus of this role is to deliver excellent service to customers while supporting branches with various operational requirements to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support branches with Paint mixing and color matching for customers and projects. Assist with the use and maintenance of paint mixing equipment in branches. Provide support with deliveries and logístical follow-up when required. Assist with conversion installations within the region. Assist with over-the-counter sales as needed. Handle minor technical customer queries or product issues. Report technical or operational issues to the respective branch manager. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure consistent service.

**What you bring**
- Minimum of Grade 12, A post Matric will be an added advantage
- Experience in painting mixing and color matching, paint products, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly between Witbank, Middelburg, and Nelspruit.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Technically inclined with the ability to solve minor issues.
- Reliable, organized, and solution oriented.

**Travel Requirement**:
This position is based in Witbank, but frequent travel to Middelburg and Nelspruit will be required based on customer needs and regional support requirements.
