**What will you do?**
- Santam Partner Business has a career opportunity for a Project Manager who will be based in **Bellville, Cape Town or Alice Lane, Johannesburg**.**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage project plan (Scope, Budget, Risk, Issues, Resources)
- Manage tasks and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing project updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Create project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Foster a positive team culture and collaborate to achieve team objectives

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Related degree ( BSC or Commerce)
- Relevant Tertiary qualification or certificate/diploma in Project Management from an industry recognized training institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as project Manager
- Experience in workshop facilitation and communication with stakeholders both internal and external and at different levels of the organization
- Experience in the use of project management techniques and methodology advantageous
- Experience in the short-term insurance industry advantageous
- Experience in Partnership type business advantageous
