This position will report to and work closely with the Operations Director.
You work as part of a team but would routinely perform work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties.
Interface with sub-contractors and clients with regard to technical solutions and support.
Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.
Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area.
Compile service reports weekly and monthly for customers and supervisor.
Maintain high standard of quality and safety.
Manage quality service including on-site and customer interactions.
Liaise with operations team and provide technical support for continuous improvement.
On site problem solving.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Provide regular feedback with regard to tasks to management as defined by business requirements.
Travelling will be required to attend to site requirements at various locations as needed by the client and the business.
Customer support in the form of standby and callouts may be required.
Major industries served are the foundry, automotive, steel, chemical & petrochemical, oil & gas, construction and power generation.

**Job Qualification & Experience**:
A minimum of a Matric. No working experience required. Physically fit, able to work out in the field.
Travelling mainly in Gauteng, however on occasions you may be expected to travel and work in Port Elizabeth or Cape Town
Driver’s license (own vehicle essential).
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Good planning, organisation and communication skills
Execute quality work with feedback according to deadlines business results.
Show initiative; self-managed.
Ability to function in a team. Interpersonal and client relationship skills to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to work precisely and methodically with minimum supervision.
