We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated people to join our team in the Sandton, Midrand and Kempton park area. This is a great opportunity to move to the best real estate company around or enter the real estate industry for the first time.

As part of being a Real Estate Agent:

- You will be required to learn every aspect of being a Real Estate agent - all legal requirements
- You will be required to create and present listing presentations
- You will be required to perform market analysis and research for clients
- You will be required to load data and create adverts
- You will be required to run showhouses
- You will be required to drive around with buyers showing properties for sale
- You will be required to provide feedback to sellers on a weekly basis and report on sales figures achieved
- You will be required to prospect for new business that will include cold calling and knock and drops
- You will be required to perform personal branding activities

If you are new to the industry, you will be provided with mentoring and with the necessary training and skills to become successful in selling Real Estate.

Self-motivated, energetic, and excellent people skills;
Minimum 3 years sales experience;
Post matric qualification preferable (certificates, diploma or degree):.

A must is;
- Own a reliable and presentable car,
- Cellular phone,
- Laptop / Tablet with registered legal software (Operating system and Microsoft office),
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is essential (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint).

Reside in and around the Sandton, Midrand or Kempton Park area;
Must be able to carry yourself financially for the first 3 to 4 months.

Remuneration is a commission only basis with no basic salary.

Incredible monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives for performing agents.

Hard work, being pro-active and energetic could see you matching and exceeding the salaries of other top professionals.
