Ndaka Property Group is looking for a Property Practitioner who are ambitious, driven by success, motivated by reward and able to work to targets to join our team in Midrand.

Applicants **MUST** reside in or close to Midrand. Applicants **MUST BE ABLE TO**
**FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THEMSELVES FOR THE FIRST FEW MONTHS**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Listing / Marketing and Selling properties;
- Collecting information about properties (lead generation);
- Canvassing properties to sell;
- Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area;
- Organize and attend show days;
- Able to put together a marketing plan for a property;
- Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers;
- Able to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers;
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market.

**Education & Experience**:

- Must have Grade12 (Matric)
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate,
- Own laptop and mobile phone;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Own reliable transport.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Computer literate ,
- Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device;
- Good interpersonal and listening skills;
- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and evenings
