- Drive cost reduction whilst optimizing resources and meeting resource requirements continuously.
- Ensure All Materials is, stored, handled and issued according to system and process policies and procedures.
- Ensure All customer orders are picked in the right quantity of the right quantity/quality to meet the customer and Sales order requirements
- Accurate stock control through cycle counts, FIFO principles and procedures, SYSPRO/WMS transactions.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures with regard to the receipt, storage, handling, and transfer of all Materials and Equipment.
- Adherence to Food Safety, General Manufacturing Principles and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems.
- Drive Quality, Environmental Awareness, Safety, Security and Health in the workplace whilst assessing Risks continuously.
- People management through applied Human Resource and Industrial Relationship tools, policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- 3 years warehousing/picking experience within the Warehousing Environment or equivalent experience.
- Good working Knowledge of Syspro and WMS systems
- Valid Reach truck Drivers Licence
- Good knowledge and experience of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FSSC, ISO standards and related in a regulated environment.
- Focused on delivering Quality products on time
