**Role Purpose**
- Consult and liaise with business and IT to faciliate the setting, prioritise and evaluate the work generated by development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products meeting all necessary requirements, features and functionality with focus on BAU automation.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- 5 years of experience in product management or related role.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in employee benefits environment or related environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools**.**

**Qualifications**
- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant Diploma or related tertiary

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Represents the assigned business area as part of the SDLC process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic goals/objectives
- Identify the interdependencies between projects
- Participate and ensure the development and signoff of the Business Case before prioritization and developments starts
- Manage prioritized product backlogs
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of business needs
- Be informed of the latest legal, governance and tax related developments that may impact area of accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and effectively manage expectations
- Be a driver of change in the context of product enablement strategy
- Demonstrate the company's values on a daily basis
- Accountable as product advisor to the IT & Digital Implementation team
- Participates in daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Regularly provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
